ACR series

ACR series is a new PVC processing modified toughening agent developed by our company, used in PVC can improve the processing performance of plastic and product quality.

Function characteristics

ACR series have the function of processing modifier and impact modifier, as well as the function of promoting gel and external lubrication. Used as extruded tubing for PVC. ACR can reduce processing temperature, improve fluidity, promote synchronous and uniform plasticizing of PVC materials, improve thermal stability, shorten plasticizing time and improve production efficiency. No matter single screw or twin screw extruder output can be increased, product size stability, good finish, improve the surface quality of PVC finished or semi-finished products.

Range of application

The product complies with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards. Can be used for PVC soft and hard products. Such as pipe, pipe fittings, plate, heterosexual material, sheet material, film and foam products, suitable for all PVC processing technology.

Packaging storage and transportation

The product is non-toxic and non-corrosive white powder, packed with paper plastic and lined with polyethylene plastic bags. Net weight: 25 kg; It is not suitable to be transported with toxic and dirt easily. Beware of being caught in the rain and avoid high-temperature sun exposure.
